Hannah's AçaÍ Bowl
My teenager comes home ravenous, and this delicious bowl is her go-to. Secretly I think her favorite part is pounding the frozen açaÍ to break it up for blending (better the açaÍ than me, just saying...).
Ingredients:
- 2 packets frozen açaÍ
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup yogurt (plain)
- 1 scoop vanilla beef protein (life time brand, with collagen!)
- 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Optional toppings:
- Fresh fruit
- Granola
- Honey
Directions:
- Blend açaÍ, banana, yogurt, protein powder and milk in a blender.
- Pour into bowl and top with anything you want!
