Family-Friendly Grilled Wild-Caught Cod

Preparing good food that your family will eat doesn't have to be a monumental endeavor.

Grilled wild-caught cod, Tzatziki, hummus and mixed field green salad wrap.

The fish was so simple and quick.

Season with some salt & pepper, oregano, extra virgin olive oil and a little lemon zest.

Grill 3-4 minutes per side. (My Tzatziki and hummus recipes can be found by clicking on the links).

Truly if you cannot get your family to eat fish, this is the ticket.
